With over 40 years’ experience in Canada’s oil and gas industry across Canada’s major conventional and unconventional fields, Larry Thomson offers a wealth of knowledge in project management, bitumen upgrader and refinery operations, HAZOP implementation, start-up planning, and project integration into existing operations.

Adele’s extensive experience in negotiation, stakeholder engagement, Aboriginal consultation across Alberta on various oil and gas ventures, policy development, trades education and program design allows her to offer clients insights into the regulatory governance and external engagement needs of complex energy projects. Winner of Conference Board of Canada and Daimler Chrysler awards for program development in oil field and mining operations, Adele’s work has earned acclaim for its innovation and collaborative outcomes benefiting involved industry and community partners.

Cole Thomson, M.A.

Director of Communications and Marketing for LTAC, Cole has spent his career working in stakeholder, community, Aboriginal and regulatory engagement on behalf of major oil and gas, mining, and regulatory organizations. With a Master of Arts in Communications, Cole’s portfolio covers the services needed to craft concise, timely, accurate messaging to drive engagement with external stakeholders on contentious issues and emergencies. In addition, his focus on process and governance aids in the design of detailed approaches in support of project management.

Taylor Thomson

Taylor specializes in heavy equipment operations in the oil sands, in particular the operation of heavy hauler fleets to support major mining operations. Taylor’s passion for properly executed mine plans and the operability of mining fleets informs her support for driver training, road maintenance, and mine site safety policies.
